Mediation Training Cancellation Policy

Our programs are kept small to provide optimum interaction between participants and instructors. Last-minute participant substitutions are difficult to arrange. We understand emergency situations may arise that will affect your attendance to our programs.

• If cancellation is received 30 days prior to the training date, a full tuition refund minus a $50 administrative fee will be made or 100% of the tuition is transferable to another mediation class.

• If cancellation is received within 11 to 29 days of the program date, a 50% refund of the tuition will be made, or 100% of the tuition is transferable to another mediation class.

• If cancellation is made within 0 to 10 days of the program date, the entire tuition is non-refundable, but 100% of the tuition may be transferred to another program.

We reserve the right to cancel an event for insufficient registration and cannot be held responsible for expenses related to travel and/or reservations for overnight accommodations. In the event of course cancellation, registrants will be notified of course cancellation by the registration deadline and will receive full refunds.
